自动分配负载的智能开关电源设计

摘要 介绍一种智能开关电源的设计方法.设计的开关电源采用现场总线方式进行信息交换,以C8051F410片上系统为核心,通过DAC控制开关功率变换单元,实现稳压输出和负载分配.文中针对电路原理进行了分析,给出了电源模块的软件流程.设计的电源采用智能化和数字化控制,实现输入输出隔离、并联自动分配负载功能. This paper introduced a design method of intelligent switching power supply. Information exchange in this design was based on fieldbus communication protocol. C8051F410 SOC was designed as the master control unit. Switching power transforming unit was controlled by DAC which lied in the C8051F410 SOC. In this way, steady voltage output and automatic load current distribution could be finally realized. This paper not only analyzed the circuit design principles and software design process was provided. Power supply controlled in the way of intelligence and digitalization had the ability to realize input-output isolation and automatic load current distribution in parallel circuit.
