摘要
为探索新型植物杀虫药源,以外来入侵生物紫茎泽兰为试验材料,对烟草小地老虎进行了室内毒力测定和田间防效试验。结果表明,紫茎泽兰提取物对小地老虎具有较强的生物活性,其毒杀作用随提取液浓度的增大和处理时间的延长而增强,浓度8g/L处理48h后,小地老虎校正死亡率可达53.59%;田间施用紫茎泽兰粉渣8kg/100m2,其防效与喷施2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油3 000倍液的防效接近,达74.9%。
Efficacy of Eupatorium adenophorum against black cutworm of tobacco was studied in laboratory toxicity and field experiments with biological invasion of Eupatorium adenophorum to explore the new source of botanic insecticide. The results indicated that the extract of Eupatorium adenophorum have signifi-cant biological activity against black cutworm. The disinfecting effect was strengthened with increasing con-centration of extract and treating time. the corrected mortality was 53.59% after treated with 8g/L and 48h of extract of Eupatorium adenophorum;but the corrected mortality was 74.9% after treated with 8kg/100m2 of Eupatorium adenophorum powder which corresponds closely to the spraying 20 dilute multiples of 2.5%deltamethrin.
