摘要
将12尾草鱼置于添加有2.5mg/L浓度的五倍子水体中饲养25d,在试验前和试验第5d、10d、15d、20d、25d分别测定草鱼的白细胞数量、过氧化氢酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性。结果表明:草鱼白细胞数量随时间延长先增加后减少,在第20d达到最大值4.55×104个/mm3;血清过氧化氢酶活性变化不明显,在1.63~1.80U/mL内波动;血清碱性磷酸酶活性随时间延长而先升高后降低,在第20d达到最大值8.37金氏/100mL。
12 grass carp were cultured in water with addition of 2.5mg/L of gallnut. Before the test and on the 5d,20d,15th,20th,and 25d the leukocyte number,activity of serum catalase and alkaline phosphatase of were determined. Results showed that the number of leukocyte of grass carp increased first and then de-creased with prolonging of time,and on the 20d it reached the maximum value of 4.55 × 104/mm3;the change of catalase activity was not significantly,varying from 1.63 to 1.80U/mL;alkaline phosphatase activi-ty increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum 8.37 Guinness /100mL on the 20d.
