摘要
以钛酸丁酯和氯化钇为原料 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶法研究了Y^(3+) 掺杂对TiO2 光催化降解酸性蓝染料的影响 .通过X射线衍射 (XRD)和红外光谱 (IR)分析了TiO2 复合粒子的结构 ,结果表明 :Y3+ 掺杂能够显著提高TiO2 粒子的光催化降解能力 ,当x(TiO2 )∶x(Y3+ )为 10 0∶1.5时光催化降解能力达到最大 ,Y3+ 与TiO2 形成无序固溶体 ;当x(Y3+ )为 2 .0 %时 ,会有Y2 O3生成 .分析了Y3+ 掺杂TiO2 粒子光催化降解能力提高的原因 .
The yttrium-doped titania particles were prepared from Ti(OC4H9)4 and YCl3 by sol-gel processing and their solar ray photocatalysis characteristics to photoreduction of dyes were examined. The structure of the titania particles was analysed by XRD and IR methods. The results show that the photocatalytic activities of yttrium-doped titania particles are much higher than that of pure titania particles. The most efficient photoreduction of dyes is found with titania particles doped with 1.5% yttrium in mole. When yttrium reaches 2% in mole, a net decrease in photocatalytic activity is observed due to the precipitation of Y2O3.
