The Design of Large Angle Arc Core-pulling Mechanism

摘要 抽芯机构是完成活动型芯抽出和复位的机构,在模具中应用广泛,主要解决与开模方向不同的内侧孔、外侧孔或侧凹的制品;本文以塑料喷嘴产品为例,重点阐述了模具中大角度圆弧抽芯机构的设计思路并提供设计方案,成功解决了圆弧抽芯和脱模困难等问题;并通过对各种抽芯机构的分析比较,阐明各自应用场合及优缺点,最终选用斜槽圆弧抽芯机构,进行模具相关设计,并通过试模来验证设计的可行性,提高了塑件的质量和生产效率。 Core-pulling mechanism is a mechanism for completing activity core extraction and reset. It is widely used in the mould and mainly to resolve the products which have different direction of mould making, such as the interior hole, lateral hole and the undercutting products. This paper takes the plastic nozzle for example, focuses on the statement of design idea for the mould large angle arc core-pulling mechanism, provides the design scheme, and successfully solved the problems of arc core pulling and stripping. It states their applications and advantages and disadvantages by analysis and comparison of various core-pulling mechanism, finally chooses chute arc core-pulling mechanism to design the mold, and verifies the feasibility of the design by testing which improves the quality and efficiency of the plastic parts.
