摘要 中国经济高速发展,外贸行业和航运行业发展迅速,作为其配套服务行业的国际货运代理行业也在积极发展中,但是受目前外围经济的影响,国际货运代理企业竞争激烈,大客户管理是公司发展的重要途径,针对目前国际货运代理公司大客户管理中的问题,如没有单设部门、人才缺乏、管理信息化缺失、维系关系方式单一等,为发展公司提出了重视大客户管理、重视和引进人才、建立客户数据系统、与大客户形成战略伙伴等相关的对策。 Due to China's rapid economic development,the foreign trade industry and the shipping industry have developed rapidly. International freight forwarder industry, its supporting services industry,is in active development. But because of the influence from the external economy, international freight forwarding enterprises are in fierce competition, and the management of major clients key is the important way for the company development. Such problems exist as the lack of independent department for major clients management, shortage of talents, inadequate information-based management,poor approaches to maintain relationship,etc.And according to the above problems, this paper proposes the following countermeasures:paying attention to the management of major clients, attaching importance to talents, building clients data system, forming strategic partner with major clients, etc.
