Constructing Skilled-talents Cultivation Mode by Collaborative Innovation

与学术型本科相比,技能型本科人才实际工作能力更强、知识面更广,因而更受企业青睐。技能型本科人才的培养不仅需要学校、企业、行业、政府四方联动,而且需要学校内部各专业、各部门协同创新,共同构建技能人才的培养链。

Comparing with academic-oriented college,students cultivated by skill-oriented college have the better work ability and the wider scope of knowledge, thus are more welcomed by enterprises. To construct skilled-talents cultivation mode, cultivating technical undergraduates not only needs the cooperation among colleges, enterprises, industry associations and governments, but also needs the cooperation among different departments within college.
