芳香烃受体在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 芳香烃受体(AHR)不仅介导二恶英、多环芳烃及多氯联苯等环境有机污染物的致癌/促癌作用,在正常生理条件下,它也常过表达并结构性活化于人或动物多种恶性肿瘤中,能抑制关键抑癌基因的表达与功能,促使干细胞转化,与雌激素受体相互作用,并干扰细胞周期、凋亡、接触性抑制、胞外基质代谢、细胞-基质相互作用、血管生成及炎症等生理或病理过程,促进癌症的发生、发展及转移,是人体或动物潜在的致癌基因。本文重点介绍AHR在肿瘤发生、发展及转移等病理过程中的作用和机制研究的新进展。
