摘要 用低碳钢表面热浸镀铝后进行微弧氧化的方法获得复合膜层。对此膜层进行了断面形貌观察和 X射线衍射分析 ;研究了陶瓷层厚度随微弧氧化时间及电流密度的变化规律。结果表明 :陶瓷层主要由κ- Al2 O3、θ- Al2 O3组成 ;复合膜层分三层 :最外层为陶瓷层 ,次层为纯铝层 ,靠近基体为 Fe- Al合金层 ;陶瓷层厚度随强化时间的增加有一极限值 ;当强化时间较短时 ,陶瓷层厚度随电流密度的增加而增加 ,时间较长时 。 The composite coatings were obtained by microarc oxidation of the hot dipped aluminum on the Q235 steel substrate The phase structure and the morphology of the composite coatings were investigated by X ray diffraction and metallographic microscopy The effect of the intensifying time and the current density on the thickness of ceramic was studied The results showed that the ceramic coating was mainly composed of κ Al 2O 3 and θ Al 2O 3 The outer layers were ceramic, then the aluminum in the middle, and the Fe Al alloys to the substrate A threshold value of the ceramic thickness was obtained with the increment of the intensifying time The thickness of ceramic increasesd with the increment of current density for shorter intensifying time, and there was a threshold value with the increment of current density for longer intensifying time
