摘要
分析了 CE- NATCO热媒炉低温腐蚀机理 ,指出了酸的露点和积灰问题 ,提出了使用低硫燃料。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of low temperature corrosion in hot medium heaters, and points out that acid dew point and ash accumulation are major problems, measures such as using fuel of lower sulphur、 reducing the quantity of water in fuel、 controling metal′s wall temperature to prevent low temperature corrosion are put forward.
