Membrane catalytic technology is an advanced science classification in multi - phase catalytic field. Kinds of membrane material, membrane catalytic reaction, and the mechanism, property, and kinds of membrane reactors were introduced. The status, application, and development of catalytic membrane and membrane catalytic technology were reviewed. It was pointed out that membrane catalytic technology should be faced with some problems in the course of industrialization.
