复合肥结块是一个复杂的化学物理过程 ,其原因是多方面的。本文对结块的原因及其预防措施做了详细的分析。在对某磷肥厂的生产过程进行了分析研究后发现 ,产品的装袋温度过高是引起该厂复合肥结块的主要原因 ,并提出了具体的防结块技术改造措施 ,其效果令人满意。

The caking of compound fertilizer is a complex phenomenon. It may be cause by many factors. In this paper, the cause of caking of compound fertilizer and preventive are analyzed in detail. By analyzing of productive process of the phosphoric fertilizer adopted by the factory, It has been found that the temperature of packing of products of this factory is to high in summer. an anti-caking technology has been adopted, the result of anti-caking is satisfied.
