介绍了油酸甘油酯的制备及原理 ,讨论了各种因素对反应效果的影响 ,提出了最佳的反应条件。
The principle and preparation of glycerol monodeate have been described in this paper, and the effect of different factors were discussed, and the optimal reaction conditions was pointed out.
