君子笃于亲则民兴仁

When Gentlemen Deal Generously with Their Own Kin, the Common People are Incited to Goodness.

《论语·泰伯篇第八》：子曰：“恭而无礼则劳，慎而无礼则葸，勇而无礼则乱，直而无礼则绞。君子笃于亲，则民兴于仁；故旧不遗，则民不偷。”

Confucius said: 'Cour tesy not bounded by the prescriptions of ritual becomes tiresome.Caution not bounded by the prescriptions of ritual becomes timidit y,daring becomes turbulence,inflexibilit y becomes harshness.When The superior man deal generously with their own kin,the common people are incited to goodness.When old dependents are not discarded,the common people will not be i ckle.'
