计算机辅助导航技术在口腔种植手术中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 随着口腔种植临床技术的迅速发展,如何进一步提高种植手术的准确性及成功率、减小手术创伤、降低手术风险成为国内外研究的热点问题.很多学者认为利用计算机辅助导航技术(computer-aided navigation,CAN)可实现术中实时监控备洞钻针的深度、角度及与重要解剖结构的关系,特别适宜局部解剖条件复杂的牙列缺损、牙列缺失的种植修复病例,该方面研究国内刚刚起步.现通过回顾近十余年CAN应用于种植手术的文献报道,阐述包括获取CT图像、配准和实时导航等技术进展,并分析综述其准确性及影响因素,供国内同道讨论与参考.
