组建企业集团壮大国企在国际市场的竞争实力 ,是国企参与国际市场竞争的有效途径 ,是国企今后发展的大势和主流。但许多企业在组建集团过程中出现了五大误区 :其一 ,企业集团发展贪大图快 ;其二 ,把规模经济等同于经济规模 ;其三 ,过分强调多元化经营 ;其四过分强调低成本扩张 ;其五 ,认为资产经营高于生产经营。综上所述 ,企业集团要发展 ,必须从这几个误区中走出来 ,夯实基础 ,加快自身体制改造和强化功能建设 ,不能在“大”上做文章 ,而应在“强”上做文章 ,使得企业集团牢固后更大更健康的发展。
