脑干海绵状血管畸形患者19例的显微手术治疗 被引量：1

摘要 脑干海绵状血管畸形尽管发生率不高,但是其出血率却远远高于脑内其他部位同类病变,尤其是在发生过一次出血后其再出血率为30％～60％[1].脑干富含神经核团及长束纤维,脑干海绵状血管畸形出血常导致严重残疾、甚至死亡.因此对有出血史的脑干海绵状血管畸形应当积极手术治疗[2-3].现对我院近9年来所治疗的19例脑干海绵状血管畸形进行回顾总结,报告如下.
