摘要
采用物理 -化学结合法从头孢唑啉废液中分离出六种有效成份 :二氯甲烷、二乙胺、三乙胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺和特戊酸 ,并分别对它们进行了定性、定量分析 ,然后用分离提纯后的特戊酸合成了头孢唑啉原料之一特戊酰氯 。
Active principles-dichloromethane,diethylamine.triethylamine.dimethylformamide.dimethylacetamide and tert-valeric chloride were separated from cefagolin waste by physic-chemical method and qualitative and quantitative analysed.tert-valeric chloride Were separated from cefazolin waste by physic-chemical method and qualilative and quantitative analysed,tert-valeric chloride as raw-materials of cefagolin was synthesiged from tert-valeric acid.Optimnm process conditions have been determined by orthogonal design.The synthesiged tertvayeric chloride passed test and is up to standard.
