摘要
本文运用化学热力学原理定量地讨论了葡萄糖的α、β两种异构体在溶液中的变旋方向和变旋程度 ,比较准确地计算出平衡时溶液的比旋光度和α。
This article,using chemical thermodynamic principles,investigates quantitatively the direction and degree of optical activity variation of isomers α and β of glucose in solution,and works out comparatively accurately the specific rotatory power of the solution in equilibrium and the percentage content of the isomers α and β
