Toll样受体4参与胰岛素抵抗的机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 众所周知,胰岛素抵抗是贯穿于2型糖尿病(T2DM)发生发展过程中的重要病理生理特征之一,其含义为靶组织对胰岛素敏感性降低.为了满足需求,胰岛素分泌将超出正常水平,直至胰岛β细胞功能因长期高负荷工作而渐渐衰退.
