摘要
以二甲胺和二硫化碳为原料 ,以双氧水为氧化剂 ,制备了硫化促进剂TMTD(二硫化四甲基秋兰姆 ) ,讨论了反应温度、物料配比和反应时间对反应收率及产物纯度的影响 ,结果表明 ,较传统工艺相比 ,本工艺路线显著提高反应收率 。
The vulcanization accelerator TMTD was prepared by using dimethylamine and carbon disulfide as materials and H_2O_2/H_2SO_4 as oxidant.The affects of reaction temperature,material rario and reaction time to the reaction yield and purity of product were taken into consideration.Comparing with the traditional synthesis techniques,this road can enormously raise the reaction yield and at the same time enhance the product quality.
