摘要
在对本菲尔脱碳装置运行现状和活化热钾碱技术分析总结的基础上 ,提出用WD - 3活化剂对本菲尔脱碳系统进行改造的方案。结果表明 ,在脱碳溶液中加入 0 .6 5 %WD - 3即可在保证净化度情况下使脱碳半贫液循环量减少 10 %以上 ,同时吨氨活化剂的损耗低于 0 .0 15kg,溶液体系发泡性能也有所改善 ,达到了节能降耗的目的 。
On the basis of analysis and summarization of the operation of the Benfield unit for CO 2 removal and the technology of the activated hot potassium carbonate solution process, a scheme is proposed for the improvement of the Benfield system for CO 2 removal with the addition of the WD-3 activator. The results show that, with the addition of 0.65% of WD-3 activator into the solution for CO 2 removal, the recycle of the semi lean solution for CO 2 removal can be reduced by over 10% at the guaranteed degree of purification, while keeping the loss of the activator at less than 0.015 kg per ton of ammonia, and foaming in the solution system is also decreased, thereby attaining the aim of energy saving and consumption reduction.
