摘要
ETC收费系统在我国得到越来越广泛地应用,但其通行能力方面的研究还有所欠缺,大多数是基于传统收费通道通行能力计算方法上的改进,不符合ETC通道交通流特性。在深入研究ETC系统设计的基础上,对ETC通道交通流特性进行分析,基于道路路段通行能力的计算方法,提出新的ETC通道通行能力计算方法。并通过对ETC通道的延误分析,提出基于平均延误的ETC通道服务水平划分方法,将ETC通道的服务水平划分为5个等级,并计算出不同等级服务水平下ETC通道的最大服务交通量。
The ETC system is more and more widely used in China, while the domestic study of its capacity is insufficient. Most of the researches focused on the improvement of calculation methods of the capacity of conventional charging channel, which cannot meet the characteristics of the traffic flow on ETC channel. Based on deep research of ETC system design, we analyzed the characteristics of ETC channel traffic flow. Based on the calculation method of road link capacity, we proposed the calculation method of ETC channel capacity. Through analyzing the vehicle delay on ETC channel, we put forward the ETC channel service level classification method based on average delay, divided the service level into 5 classes, and calculated the maximum service traffic w)lumes under different service levels.
