摘要
为研究少油点火油燃烧器的雾化特性,利用Fluent软件构建油枪喷嘴的三维计算模型,模拟计算不同燃油质量流量下的燃油雾化速度,得出喷嘴出口雾化速度不受燃油质量流量影响的结果。为研究少油点火油燃烧器的燃烧特性,建立油燃烧器三维计算模型,对模拟计算得到的油燃烧室温度和速度分布情况进行分析,得出燃油质量流量越大,燃烧温度和速度越高的结果。分析结果表明:油火焰的温度水平能点燃煤粉,且油耗低。
For studying atomization characteristic of tiny-oil ignition oil burner, this paper uses Fluent software to construct a 3D calculation model for nozzle of the oil gun in order to simulate and calculate atomization speed of fuel oil with different fuel oil mass flow rate. And then it gets a result that atomization speed at the exit is not affected by fuel oil mass flow rate. In addition, for studying combustion characteristic of tiny-oil ignition oil burner, it establishes a 3D calculation model for the oil burner. By analyzing temperature of the oil combustor and speed distribution, it draws a conclusion that combustion tem- perature and speed is higher when mass flow rate of the fuel oil is larger. The analyzing results indicate that temperature level of the oil flame is able to ignite fuel coal powder with low oil consumption.
