摘要 为给电力系统暂态稳定分析提供适用于水轮机微机调速器的PSD-BPA模型,依照水轮机微机调速器的典型结构,选用4.15版PSD-BPA暂态稳定程序提供的调节系统模型4(GM卡)和电液伺服系统模型(GA卡)分别代表其2个组成部分——微机调节器和机械液压系统,给出了2个模型中参数的意义及其获取方法,并利用某水轮机微机调速器参数进行了仿真,不同幅值频率阶跃扰动下的调速器响应均与实际一致,表明所构成的水轮机微机调速器模型环节考虑周全,参数与实际相应且易于获取,能够准确仿真电力系统暂态过程中实际调速器的工作。 For providing PSD-BPA model suitable for governor of water turbine microcomputer for power system transient state stability analysis, according to typical structure of governor of the water turbine microcomputer, this paper chooses regulating system model 4 (GM card) and electro hydraulic servo system mode (GA card) provided by 4. 15 edition PSD- BPA transient stability program to respectively represents two constituent parts, one is microcomputer governor and the oth- er is mechanical hydraulic system. Meanwhile, it proposes meanings and access methods of parameters in these two models and carries out simulation on parameters of governor of some water turbine microcomputer. It discovers that response of the governor with step disturbance of different amplitude frequency is agreed with reality which indicates that links of the gover- nor model are considered comprehensive and parameters are agreed with reality and easy to be get for correctly simulate practical working of the governor in transient state process of power system.
