摘要
目前配电网合环操作只是凭借运行调度人员的经验来进行的,没有形成适用于本地区电网的合环操作规范,大大增加了配电网合环的风险。针对这种现状,对珠海电网不同220 kV供区的10 kV环网参数进行了统计分析,提出适用于珠海电网的合环操作规范,并且根据珠海电网的实际情况,应用电力系统计算机辅助设计和电磁暂态模拟程序软件(power system computer aided design and electric magnetic transient in DC system,PSCAD/EMTDC)建立冲击电流模型,计算出珠海电网冲击系数范围,大大提高运行人员估算合环冲击电流的水平、能力以及电网的供电可靠性。
At present, distribution network loop closing operation is relied on experiences of operation scheduling staff to be realized while there are no any loop closing operational specifications adaptable for local region which may greatly increase risks of distribution network loop closing. Aiming at this status quo, this paper statistically analyzes 10 kV loop network pa- rameters in different 220 kV power supply areas of Zhuhai power grid and proposes loop closing operation specification a- daptable for Zhuhai power grid. According to reality of Zhuhai power grid, it uses power system computer aided design and electric magnetic transient in DC system software to establish a surge current model and work out surge factor range of Zhu- hai power grid which can greatly improve level and capability of operation staff to estimate loop closing surge current and power supply reliability of the power grid.
