摘要
对河南油田钻井污水采用化学强化固液分离 -絮凝沉降两步处理工艺进行了处理实验 ,确定了工艺条件 ,筛选出了最适宜的药剂配方。实验表明 :河南油田钻井污水经上述工艺处理后水质达到排放要求 (GB8978-1996 ) ,尤其是超高COD得到有效去除 ,从 996 0 .2mg·l-1降低到 15 0mg·l-1以下。
The study in this paper was made on the disposal technique for waste drilling fluid,which contained very high chemical oxygen demand(CODcr).A new method of two step separation technique,chemical destabilization/centrifuge and flocculation/sedimentation,was proposed and used in treating the fluid.The result showed that absorption bridging was the main process for the destabilization/flocculation.Next,the best chemical agents,those had good flocculation efficiency,were screened out.The result showed that the contents of heavy metal salts,SS and organic matters(COD,oil)of the wastewater resulted from the two step separation treatment fitted to the standard of GB8978 1996.Especially the remove rate of COD was very high.COD reduced form 9960.2 mg·l -1 to 150 mg·l -1 lower.
