摘要
本文对机动车排放控制现状、对策评价方法及排放模型进行分析,并简述模型在北京市的应用。
The control situation, countermeasure evaluation method and emission model analysis of motor vehicle emissions, and briefly introduces the application of the model in Beijing city. Analysis of the current situation of motor vehicle emission control measures from the technology, management, economic policies in three areas; the main methods of cost benefit analysis as emissions policy evaluation, describes the common economic indicators and analysis of ideas; and introduces the current six emission model, and a brief＂ analysis of the application of the model in Beijing city.
