高效三唑类杀菌剂——戊唑醇

Tebuconazole, a High Efficiency Triazole Fungicide

戊唑醇属三唑类杀菌剂,可抑制真菌中麦角甾醇的生物合成,主要商品有:立克莠、富力库、菌立克三种。以对氯苯甲醛和频哪酮为起始原料合成戊唑醇,总收率(以频哪酮计)≥50％,原药含量≥90％。目前,国内只有沈阳化工研究院一家生产戊唑醇原药。

Tebuconazole, which belongs to triazole fungicide, can inhibit the biosynthesis of ergosterin in fungi. There are three main commercial products: Raxil, Folicur and Horizon. The synthesis of tebuconazole is based on starting raw material p-chlorobenzaldehyde and pinacolone with total yield ( in pinacolone) being or exceeding 50% , content of technical product being or surpassesing 90%. Currently only Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry produces tebuconazole technical.
