慢性肾脏病高血压诊治:指南和争议 被引量：11

Diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in chronic kidney disease: guidelines and controversies

摘要 高血压是慢性肾脏病常见的并发症之一,其发生率高,而控制率相对较低。对慢性肾脏病患者高血压进行规范治疗,既有利于延缓肾脏疾病进展,也可同时降低心血管事件风险。近年来相继颁布的各国高血压指南对慢性肾脏病患者高血压的诊断、监测、药物治疗都给出了详细建议,但却难以达成一致。该文对最新指南及目前存在的争议作一解读。 Hypertension is a common complication of chronic kidney disease （CKD） ,whose high prevalence is followed by poor control. Standardized treatment of hypertension in those patients contributes to attenuation of CKD progression and reduction of cardiovascular risk. Recently, various guidelines were published, providing detailed recommendations for diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in CKD, but they failed to reach an agreement with each other. This review summarizes the newest guidelines and their controversies.
