摘要 布鲁菌病是由布鲁杆菌引起的一种人畜共患性传染病，在临床上以长期发热，多汗，关节肌肉疼痛，肝、脾、淋巴结肿大为特点。我国布鲁菌病疫情主要分布在内蒙古、山西、黑龙江等省份，主要传染源是患病的动物及其动物制品。人类感染布鲁杆菌的主要途径为皮肤黏膜、消化道、呼吸道等，
