摘要
与传统铸造方法相比,熔模铸造具有铸件尺寸精度高、表面质量好等优点。为了提高铸件的质量,铸造过程中需要控制铸件局部的冷却速度,防止缺陷的产生。吹风冷却工艺是其中的一种工艺方法,但是目前还缺乏定量的研究,一般凭借经验进行操作。本文通过理论分析和试验测试,得出喷嘴直径和吹风距离对冷却速度和温度梯度的影响规律。
Compared with some traditional casting methods,investment casting has many advantages like high dimensional accuracy and high surface quality.To improve casting quality and avoid the defect,it is necessary to control the cooling speed of local area of the casting.In investment casting,it is usually to use air jet cooling to improve the cooling speed of local area of the casting.But there is no quantitative research of the problem.This article mainly researches the influence of nozzle height and nozzle diameter on cooling speed and temperature gradient.
