摘要
在金属型铸造中,开模后金属型的冷却工艺往往需要根据大量的试制来确定,从而增加了生产成本。为了解决这一问题,提出利用数值模拟的方法代替试制。针对金属型低压铸造的汽车用曲轴箱体铸件,利用商业化数值模拟软件ProCAST中的循环浇注功能,对其循环铸造过程进行了数值模拟。通过对比不同的模具冷却条件下,铸件及模具的平衡温度场,确定了最佳的模具冷却方案。并与实际生产结果进行了对比。结果表明,利用该方法确定模具冷却工艺,可以为铸件的实际生产提供科学的理论指导。
In the metal mold casting,the metal mold cooling process often was determined on the basis of a number of trial productions,thereby increasing the production cost.In order to solve this problem,this paper tried to use the numerical simulation method instead of using trial.Choosing low pressure metal mould automotive crankcase castings for the study,using the circulation casting function of commercial simulation software ProCAST,its circulation casting process was simulated.By comparing the equilibrium temperature field of castings and molds,under different mold cooling conditions,the best mold cooling solution was determined.And the results were compared with actual productions.The results show that using this method to determine the mold cooling process can provide theoretical guidance for the actual production of castings.
