铸造渣盘损坏形式与应力的关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对铸造渣盘存在侧壁裂纹、底部凹陷、侧壁内凹、耳轴裂纹四种损坏形式进行了分析。使用ANSYS Workbench软件,并利用实测的温度值作为边界条件,分析渣盘在一个工作循环中的温度场及应力场,确定了受损部位温度变化趋势。在温度场基础上模拟计算两种工况下热结构耦合应力大小,得到四种损坏形式与不同应力的关系,提出了铸造渣盘结构改进的措施。 The four forms of damage of casting slag plate was analyzed,such as side wall crack,bottom and side wall depressed,ear shaft crack.By using of ANSYS software,the measured values was used to boundary condition,the temperature field and thermal stress flow in the slag plate was analyzed,the trend of temperature variation of the damaged parts was determined.The thermal structure coupling stress of two conditions was simulated and calculated on the basis of the temperature field,and four forms of damage and different stress were obtained.The improvement measures were put forward for the structure of casting slag plate.
