早期颅骨修补治疗脑外伤的临床应用价值分析

Clinical application value of early cranioplasty on cerebral trauma

目的研究早期颅骨修补术对脑外伤的临床应用价值。方法选择在晋城煤业集团总医院接受治疗的脑外伤患者124例，随机分为实验组和对照组，两组患者均采用颅骨修补术治疗，其中对照组患者在初次减压术后的2—6个月进行颅骨修补手术，实验组患者在初次减压术后的2个月进行了颅骨修补手术，术后1个月观察两组患者的效果和神经功能缺损情况。结果实验组患者手术恢复良好率（77．42％）明显高于对照组患者（29．03％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且对照组患者神经功能缺损的发生率明显高于实验组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对脑外伤患者进行早期颅骨修补可以有效地提高治疗后恢复的效果和加快神经功能的恢复，疗效明显，值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical application value of early cranioplastyon cerebral trauma. Methods One hundred and twenty-four cases of cerebral trauma admitted in our hospital, were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, they all adopted cranioplasty. Cranioplasty was performed at 2 -6 months after decompression in control group, and performed within 2 months after decompression in experiment group. The effects and neurologic deficits were observed in the two groups after one month of treatment. Results The good rate of recovery was 77.42% in experiment group, which was obviously higher than that in control group （29.03 % ） , there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of neurologic deficits was obviously higher in control group than that in experiment group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Early cranioplasty for patients with cerebral trauma can effectively im- prove the recovery effect after treatment, accelerate the recovery of neurological function, the effect is ob- vious, so is worthy to be popularized in clinics.
