摘要
目的总结使用管状吻合器术后并发吻合口狭窄的原因,探讨改进吻合方法以减少吻合口狭窄的可行性。方法回顾性分析169例食管(贲门)癌切除,食管胃器械吻合。改进组:器械吻合时分别在近端食管、胃壁行"双荷包"缝合;对照组:器械吻合时不给予胃壁荷包缝合。结果吻合口狭窄发生率对照组4/61(6.65%),改进组2/108(1.85%)。结论管状吻合器"双荷包"吻合法能有效减少吻合口狭窄的发生。
Objective To concluse the cause of postoperative anastomotic stricture after using stapler, to investigate the feasibility of improved anastomosis to reduce anastomotic stenosis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 169 cases of esophagus （cardia） cancer resection, with esophagus and stomach stapling. Improvement group： instrument anastomosis in proximal esophagus and stomach wall respectively; Control group： The instrument anastomosis without purse-string suture of the stomach wall. Results The incidence of anastomotic stricture, control group ：4/61 （6. 65 %） , improvement group ：2/108 （ 1.85% ）. Conclusion Circular stapler of double purse anastomosis can effectively reduce the incidence of anastomotic stenosis.
