摘要
基于UG对1种显示器支撑柱进行了三维结构造型及塑模壁厚分析,并运用UG Moldwizard设计了塑件注塑模,再运用Moldflow对注塑模进行了模流分析,验证了模具设计的正确性,并对侧抽芯机构进行了受力分析,确定采用弯销抽芯机构的合理性,并最终指出运用UG及Moldflow协作完成注塑件三维模具设计具有实用、高效、经济等优点。
UG on a display supporting columns were three-dimensional structure modeling and analysis based on mold wall thickness, and the design of the injection mould for the used of UG Mohtwizard. Moldflow was used to make the mold flow analysis. The correctness of mold design was verified. The side core pulling mechanism had been made the force analysis to determined the rationality of the bent pin core pulling mechanism. Finally ,the application of UG and Mohtflow in collaboration with practical, efficient,economic and other advantages of 3D die design of injection molded parts was ponited out.
