摘要
聚丙烯酰胺活性微球广泛应用于油田深部调剖堵水领域,纳微米丙烯酰胺共聚物微球对提高原油采收率发挥越来越突出的重要作用。微球的化学组成、比例、结构等指标影响着微球的应用性能,而微球的形貌、粒径大小及其分布是影响封堵性能的重要因素。通过聚丙烯酰胺活性微球评价方法研究,初步建立微球评价体系,明确微球结构和性能的关系,能够为聚丙烯酰胺活性微球的性能改进、结构设计提供一定程度的指导。
Active polyacrylamide microspheres were widely used in the oil field for deep profile control and water plugging,especially in the process of oil extraction,nano-micron acrylamide copolymer microspheres played an important role more and more prominent to enhance crude oil recovery. The application performance of microspheres was affected by the chemical composition, the proportion of microspheres, structures and microspheres morphology. The particle size and its distribution were the important factors affecting the sealing performance. By establishing the evaluation method and preliminary evaluation system of polyacrylamide microspheres,the relationship between the structure and properties of the microspheres was identified. It would provide the guidance for performance improvement and structural design of microspheres.
