Assessment of Groove Type Dynamic Mixer with High Efficiency by Number of Striations

对凹槽型高效动态混合器而言,理论分流数的大小可以对混合器的混合配位贡献起到客观评价作用。然而动态混合器的混合效果和混合器的产量、转速以及结构息息相关。针对凹槽型动态混合器的实际结构,对分流数的计算公式进行优化,使计算结果对实际生产起到一定的指导作用。

For groove type dynamic mixer with high efficiency, the theory of number of striations could contribute to the objective evaluation of the function of distribution. However, mixing effect of dynamic mixer was relevant to the output, speed and the structure of mixer. Considering the actual structure of groove dynamic mixer, the author optimized the formula of the number of striations and the calculation results played a guiding role in the production.
