摘要
基于直接加压法原理(Piston—cylinder),研制了1种聚合物PVT(温度一比容积一温度)特性测试仪。该试仪测试压力范围为0.5~100MPa,测试温度范围为30~300℃,最大冷却速率为45℃/s。通过对聚丙烯(PP)PVT特性测试表明:测试仪在较低的冷却速率下的重复精度为0.138%;对实验测试结果进行拟合,获得修正的双域Tait状态方程参数。同时,利用该装置研究了冷却速率对于聚合物PVT特性的影响。
Based on the Piston-cylinder technique, a polymer PVT property device was designed and manufactured as a function of pressure (0.5MPa to IOOMPa) ,temperature (30 ℃ to 300℃ ) , cooling rate (up to 45 ℃/s). The results of the PVT testing with polypropylene(PP) showed that repeatability of the device was 0. 138 % under a low cooling rate. The PVT property was correlated by a modified two-domain Tait equation. The parameters for the equation were obtained. The influence of cooling rate on the PVT property was researched with the device.
