摘要
目的通过问卷调查探讨高校教师的焦虑状况并进行分析。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对5所高校139名教师的焦虑状况进行比较研究。结果①具有焦虑情绪的高校教师达56.12%。其中,轻度焦虑者占24.46%,中度焦虑者占10.07%,重度焦虑者占21.58%;②高校女教师的焦虑情绪非常显著的高于男教师(F=20.791,P〈0.01);③汉族教师和少数民族教师的焦虑状况差异不显著;已婚和未婚教师的焦虑状况差异不显著;④已婚女教师的焦虑情绪非常显著的高于已婚男教师(F=10.822,P〈0.01);⑤不同高校之间教师的焦虑状况差异非常显著(F=9.725,P〈0.01);⑥不同年龄高校教师的焦虑状况差异显著(F=4.659,P〈0.01),41~50岁的教师焦虑水平最高;⑦不同学历高校教师的焦虑状况差异非常显著(F=11.664,P〈0.01),其中博士的焦虑水平最高;⑧不同职称高校教师的焦虑状况差异非常显著(F=4.369,P〈0.01),其中教授的焦虑水平最高。结论高校教师存在不同程度的焦虑情绪,高校女教师、高学历、高职称教师的焦虑情绪较明显;高校教师的心理健康状况不容乐观。
Objective To survey and analyze the anxiety of college teacher .Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) was adopt-ed to survey anxiety of 139 college teachers.Results ①56.12%of college teachers had anxiety emotion and mild anxiety accounted for 24.46%,moderate anxiety accounted for 10.07%,severe anxiety accounted for 21.58%.② Female teachers'anxiety was very signifi-cantly higher than that of male teachers (F=20.791,P〈0.01).③The anxiety levels between Han and minority teachers was not signifi-cant different;The anxiety between married and unmarried teachers was not significant different .④The anxiety status of married female teachers was significantly higher than that of married male teachers (F=10.822,P〈0.01).⑤The anxiety among different college teach-ers was very significant(F=9.725,P〈0.01).⑥The anxiety among different ages of teachers was very significant different (F=4.659, P〈0.01).⑦The anxiety among different degrees of teachers was very significant different (F=11.664,P〈0.01),the anxiety levels of doctor was the highest(68.95 ±18.10).⑧The anxiety among different titles of teachers was very significant different (F=4.369,P〈0.01),the anxiety levels of professor was the highest (63.18 ±19.76).Conclusion College teachers have different anxiety emotion ,the anxiety of female teachers ,highly educated and high-grade teachers are much greater;The mental health of college teachers is poor .
