摘要 目的:筛选玉屏风散具有抗氧化活性的有效部位,为药剂学以及药理学的研究奠定基础。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取玉屏风散中的粗多糖,用Sevag法除蛋白得到精制多糖,另外用乙醇回流提取药材粉末后用旋转蒸发仪蒸干得到醇提浓缩浸膏,然后分别溶解在去离子水中,用四种不同极性的溶剂萃取,得到四种不同极性部位的浓缩物,将总多糖与四种不同极性溶剂的萃取物分别用邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定其抗氧化活性。结果:正丁醇层具有较高的超氧阴离子自由基清除率,乙酸乙酯层的清除率次之,玉屏风散水提液的超氧阴离子自由基清除率略高于石油醚层与二氯甲烷层。结论:玉屏风散具有较强的超氧阴离子自由基清除能力的活性物质的混合物,其极性可能比较大,易被正丁醇和乙酸乙酯萃取出来,而被非极性的石油醚和二氯甲烷萃取的量很少。 Objective:Screening the antioxidant activeity of Yupingfeng power , which lays the founda-tion for the pharmacy and pharmacology research .Method:The water extraction of Yupingfeng powder in the crude polysaccharide extraction process .According to optimal alcohol precipitation method ,using Sevag meth-od of removing protein was purified polysaccharide , another with ethanol reflux extraction powder by rotary e-vaporator steamed to obtain alcohol extraction of concentrated extract , and then were dissolved in deionized water withfour different the polarity of the solvent extraction , concentrate on four different polar parts , to ex-tract polysaccharide and four kinds of different polar solvents were used to the adjacent benzene three phenol -ic autoxidation method were used to determine the antioxidant activity .Result:The clearance rate of superox-ide anion radical n-butanol layer has higher , ethyl acetate layer clearance times , Yupingfeng powder apron to superoxide anion radical scavenging rate was higher than that of liquid petroleum ether and dichlorometh -ane layer.Conclusion:The mixture of Yupingfeng Powder with superoxide anion free radical scavenging a-bility of the active substance , its polarity may be relatively large , easily by n-butanol and ethyl acetate ex-traction, and seldom be non-polar petroleum ether and dichloromethane extraction amount .
