缬沙坦对维持性血液透析患者微炎症和肺功能的影响探讨

The Influence of Valsartan on Micro-inflammation and Lung Function of Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的:探讨缬沙坦对维持性血液透析患者微炎症和肺功能的影响。方法:选取维持性血液透析患者90例,随机分为两组,使其有可比性。两组患者均常规进行维持性血液透析,观察组患者在此基础上给予缬沙坦口服。对两组患者微炎症指标和肺功能指标进行监测。结果:两组患者治疗前CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α各微炎症指标水平以及FVC、FEV1、MVV各肺功能指标水平差别不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗,观察组患者上述各指标分别为(5.22±0.76)mg/L、(177.68±19.32)ng/L、(87.73±10.06)ng/L、(4.72±0.43)ug/L、(2.27±0.31)L、(1.78±0.33)L和(59.95±6.16)L,其中微炎症各指标均明显低于对照组,肺功能各指标均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过给予维持性血液透析患者缬沙坦辅助治疗,可以有效改善患者的微炎症状态和肺功能,且给药方便,是一种简单可行的治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the influence of valsartan on micro-inflammation and lung function of patients with maintenance hemodialysis .Method：90 cases with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and divided into two groups randomly .Two groups received conventional maintenance hemodialysis , based on which the observation group was treated with valsartan .The micro-inflammation indicators and lung function indicators of two groups were monitored .Result：Before treatment, the micro-inflammation indicators inclu-ding CRP , IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-αand lung function indicators including FVC , FEV1 and MVV of two groups had no evident difference, which had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.After treatment, the above indicators of the observation group were （5.22±0.76）mg/L, （177.68±19.32）ng/L, （87.73±10.06）ng/L, （4.72±0.43）ug/L, （2.27±0.31）L, （1.78±0.33） and （59.95±6.16）L, in which the micro-inflammation＆amp;nbsp;indicators were evidently lower than those of the control group , and the lung function indicators were evident-ly higher than that of the control group .The difference between two groups was evident , which had statistical significance （ P〈0.05） .Conclusion：Adjuvant therapy of valsartan for patients with maintenance hemodialy-sis not only can effectively improve micro-inflammation state and lung function of patients , but also is easy , which is an easy and feasible treatment method .
