无缝式护理在提升急诊科护理质量及护理满意度中的效果观察

The Effect of Seamless Nursing in Improving the Nursing Quality and Nursing Satisfaction Degree in Department of Emergency

目的:探讨分析无缝式护理在提升急诊科护理质量及护理满意度中的效果。方法:随机抽取2011年1月至12月于急诊科进行救治并以常规护理模式进行干预的150例患者为对照组,另随机抽取2012年1月至12月采用无缝式护理进行干预的150例患者为观察组,然后将两组患者护理期间的护理质量评估结果和患者对护理态度、护理操作及综合护理效果的总满意率进行比较。结果:观察组护理期间的护理质量评估结果明显优于对照组,患者对护理服务态度、护理基础操作及综合护理效果的总满意率均高于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:无缝式护理在提升急诊科护理质量及护理满意度中的效果相对较佳,有助于改善治疗效果。

Objective： To study and analyze the effect of seamless nursing in improving the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree in Department of emergency .Method：150 patients in Department of emergency nursed with routine nursing mode from January 2011 to December 2011 were randomly selected as control group,and 150 cases nursed with seamless nursing mode from January 2012 to December 2012 were randomly selected as observation group ,then the nursing quality evaluation results during the nursing and to-tal satisfaction rates of patients for the nursing attitude ,nursing procedure and comprehensive nursing effect of two groups were compared .Result：The nursing quality evaluation results of observation group during the nursing were obviously better than that of control group ,total satisfaction rate of patients for the nursing atti-tude ,nursing procedure and comprehensive nursing effect were all higher than those of control group ,all P〈0. 05,there were all significant differences .Conclusion：The effect of seamless nursing in improving the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree in Dep .of emergency is better ,and it is helpful for the improvement of treatment effect.
