摘要
针对地铁车辆空调温度控制器的故障,设计了一套适用于既有车辆空调温度控制器的检测平台。采用数字信号处理控制技术设计了该平台的硬件电路。它主要由信号采集、故障处理、调理电路及上位机通信等模块组成。在LabVIEW平台设计了该平台的上位机软件。它主要包括用户登录、串口通信、数据提取、数据库调用等模块,并为用户提供了一个人性化的操作界面。经过现场试验,该检测平台能够准确定位空调控制器功能区的故障,并能监测空调控制器功能区的关键回路。
Aiming at the failures of temperature controller in metro air conditioner,a detecting platform applicable to the existing temperature controller is designed; then the hardware circuit of the platform is designed with digital signal processing (DSP) technology,which consists of signal acquisition,failure handling,conditioning circuit and upper computer communication.The upper computer software is also developed on LabVIEW platform,including several modules,such as the user login,serial communication,data extraction,database call and so on,it could offer a convenient operation interface for users.Through field testing,this system could precisely locate the failure of functional area in the temperature controller,and monitor the key loops in the controller.
