摘要
目的探讨CT联合MRI对钙化性脑膜瘤的临床诊断疗效,以提高诊断准确性。方法回顾分析43例钙化性脑膜瘤患者的CT和MRI诊断资料。结果 CT诊断结果显示,病灶边缘光整、清晰,脑组织窗观察呈现高密度影,肿瘤整体密度比骨皮质密度稍低。MRI诊断结果显示T1WI上18例患者以等信号为主伴有些许低信号,20例患者以低信号为主伴有些许等信号,5例患者以不均质稍高信号。10例患者病灶边缘出现薄层环状等T1等T2信号。增强后肿瘤明显强化,30例强化均匀,13例强化不均匀,内有斑片结节状相对低信号。结论 CT联合MRI诊断钙化性脑膜瘤更具全面性,更为客观地反应肿瘤特性,可有效提高诊断准确率。
Objective To understand the technological efficacy of CT combined with MRI in diagnosing calcified meningioma so as to develop technology for more accurate diagnosis. Method The CT and MRI data of 43 cases of calcified meningioma were collected and analyzed. Findings The results showed that CT diagnosis could provide clear lesion margin and window to observe a high density of the brain tissue; the overall density of the tumor is slightly lower than that of the cortical bone. MRI diagnosis showed T1WI on 18 patients with other signals based with hints of low signal; 20 patients with low signal-based with hints of other signals; 5 patients with slightly heterogeneous signal. 10 patients with T2 signal lesions appeared thin edge of the ring,such as T1 and so on. After the enhancement,the tumor significantly enhanced. 30 cases even strengthened,with 13 cases of inhomogeneous enhancement. There are patches nodular relatively low signal. Conclusion CT combined MRI as a technology for diagnosis of calcified meningioma can be more comprehensive. The two technologies complement each other and can more effectively expose the tumor characteristics and thus improve diagnostic accuracy.
