摘要
目的探究恶性骨肿瘤组织肿块的CT和MRI特征表现,并分析CT和MRI在其诊断中的应用价值。方法对46例恶性骨肿瘤患者先后进行CT、MRI检查,观察其CT、MRI图像特征,以病理结果作为对照,评价CT、MRI在恶性骨肿瘤组织肿块中的诊断价值。结果 CT对恶性骨肿瘤组织肿块的良、恶性诊断准确率分别为83.33%、75.00%,而MRI对组织肿块的良、恶性诊断准确率分别为96.67%、93.75%;范围、边缘、信号均匀性对恶性骨肿瘤软组织肿块良恶性鉴别诊断无统计学意义(P>0.05),而病变周围水肿、病变侵袭性对肿块良恶性的鉴别差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 CT、MRI对恶性骨肿瘤的诊断具有重要的价值,CT可较好显示肿瘤范围,MRI在发现肿块及显示病变侵及范围上更为敏感、准确,在软组织肿块的诊断中具有很大的帮助。
Objective To understand the features of malignant bone tumor as observed under CT and MRI and the diagnostic value of CT and MRI technologies in diagnosing the disease. Method 46 patients with malignant bone tumor admitted to our hospital during the period from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected as the subjects of study. All the patients were subjected to CT and MRI examination for recognition of the image features. An evaluation was then conducted on the diagnostic value of CT and MRI as diagnostic technologies against surgical and pathological Findings. Findings The rates of correct diagnosis with CT of malignant bone tumor and benign bone tumor were 83. 33% and 75. 00% respectively; the rate of correct diagnosis with MRI of benign and malignant tissue mass were 96. 67% and 93. 75% respectively. The scope,edge,signal uniformity produced no statistical significance in the differentiation between malignant bone tumor of soft tissue mass and benign versus masses( p 0. 05. Edema around the lesion,the lump aggressive disease produced significant difference between benign and malignant tumor p 0. 05,statistically significant. Conclusion CT and MRI are of great value in the diagnosis of malignant bone tumor. CT can better show the tumor range and MRI is of great help in identifying lumps and displaying the lesion invasion and scope more sensitively and accurately. Therefore, these two Methods are of great value in the diagnosis of soft tissue mass.
