摘要 电镀过程中产生的重金属会随着污水处理进入污泥中,从而阻碍污泥处置工序,尤其是农田回用。生物淋滤较之传统物化法具有明显的优势。介绍了利用嗜酸性氧化硫硫杆菌进行生物淋滤的方法,从菌种的活化到生物淋滤的操作,以及后续的处理与检测,并探讨了底物浓度(S的添加量)对淋滤效果的影响。使用本方案处理后的污泥均适合农田施用。 Heavy metals could come into sludge from electroplating wastewater during the electroplating production, which could cause the sludge was hard to treat and not fit for farmland application. Bioleaching has obvious advantages over traditional physiochemical methods. In this paper, the method of bioleaching using Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans, which including the operation from strain activation to bioleaching,subsequent processing and testing,was introduced;and the influence of substrate concentration ( amount of S) on bioleaching effect was discussed. The sludge treated by this bioleaching was suitable for farmland application.
