摘要
采用西门塔尔牛冻精和安格斯牛冻精,进行母犏牛人工授精配种.母犏牛平均发情周期22d,发情持续期20～36h.平均怀孕期274.9 ±28.31d.人工授精受胎率76.26％,繁殖成活率63.3％.
Experiment was conducted on Artificial Insemination of frozen semen of Simmental cattle and Angus cattle. The estrus cycle of female Pien Niu is 22d, estrus lasted 20h ~ 36h. The average pregnant period was 274.9 ± 28.31 d. The conception rate of artificial insemination was76.26% ,the survival rate was 63.3%.
