螺旋CT扫描对颅脑损伤患者的诊断与分析

Diagnosis and Analysis of Spiral CT Scanning in Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

目的:分析螺旋CT对颅脑损伤患者的诊断及临床意义,以便提高对颅脑损伤诊断的准确率。方法:对我院于2011年6月-2011年12月收治的176例颅脑损伤患者的螺旋CT诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果:176例颅脑损伤患者中,螺旋CT的诊断主要包括:颅骨骨折、颅脑组织损伤和头皮损伤等方面,损伤常合并存在。结论:螺旋CT对颅脑损伤的诊断具有十分重要的价值,对疑似颅脑损伤的患者及早进行CT诊断及复查具有十分重要的意义。

Objective： Analysis and clinical significance of spiral CT in diagnosis of patients with traumatic brain injury, so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy of craniocerebral injury. Methods： June to December in 2011, 176 cases of craniocerebral injury patients with spiral CT diagnosis was retrospectively analyzed. Results： 176 cases of brain damage in patients with spiral CT in diagnosis, mainly includes： the skull fracture, brain tissue damage and scalp injury, injury often associated with each others. Conclusion： Spiral CT has very important value in the diagnosis of traumatic brain injury. Traumatic brain injury patients with suspected early CT diagnosis and examination are very important.
